Come and learn all the tricks of the trade when it comes to fish with our Head Chef, Jon Aylard. Once he’s done showing you all there is to know, enjoy a two course fish supper with plenty of plonk! Demonstrations of: Preparing Lobster Tails, Skinning & Filleting Monkfish, Gurnard, Sole & John Dory, as well as understanding their differences.
